Sweet & Spicy Zhong Salmon Bánh Mì

Ingredients: 

1 tin of Fishwife Sweet & Spicy Zhong Salmon

1 seeded baguette, sliced in half lengthwise 

1 cucumber, thinly sliced 

1 carrot, julienned  

1 daikon, julienned 

sliced chilis

a handful of cilantro, chopped 

Reserved Zhong sauce from tin 


Directions: 

Prepare the ingredients as stated above. Pile on to your crusty baguette and drizzle with reserved Zhong sauce and enjoy!
